What If This Is the Only Chance You Get?
There is no plan B
YOUR WEEKLY AFFIRMATION
“I will build the life of my dreams and live it because i deserve it.”
This Weeks Lesson
A lot of us move through life like we’ve got a second shot, like we can just restart when things get hard. But the truth is, there is no Life B. This is it. The life you’re living right now is the only one you get, and every day you waste waiting, doubting, or hesitating is a day you won’t get back.
We all have dreams for our life’s. How we want to live it, who we want to become, and what we hope to accomplish. But those dreams won’t come to life unless we start acting on them now. Not someday. Not when it’s easier. Now.
I read a quote on instagram and it completely altered my brain chemistry, its said:
“The cold water does not get warmer if you jump in late”
We always wait for the “right moment” or “to feel ready” but truthfully, that moment rarely ever comes. We convince ourselves that tomorrow we’ll be more confident, more motivated, more prepared. But delaying action doesn’t make it easier. It just makes us more afraid.
The water is going to feel cold no matter when you jump. So you might as well do it now. The longer you wait, the more you overthink and the more you overthink, the harder it gets to move.
So how do we move past that fear?
We stop waiting to feel fearless and start acting despite the fear. Courage isn't the absence of fear, it's choosing to show up anyway. Start small. Take one uncomfortable step. Build trust with yourself by doing the things you said you would do, even when it’s hard.
Remind yourself: fear is a sign you're stepping outside your comfort zone and that’s where growth lives. Every time you take action, you train your brain to believe that fear doesn’t control you.
The water will still feel cold, but you’ll learn to adapt that temperature. It’ll become your new normal to the point that you aren’t going to even notice it anymore.
So, just jump in. Give your life the chance to become your masterpiece. Give it that chance to become the best life you can imagine. Cause you only have this one. Don’t waste it.
Because you’re capable of so much more than you think.
So, this week, I want you to sit down with yourself and write about everything you want to accomplish in your life. Don’t think, just write. Let all the thoughts and ideas flow from you, and when you are done, go over them and give them all a category. Then, pick three you can start working on right now. Don’t try to accomplish them all at the same time, it won’t work. So just pick three and start working on those.
Remember: You’ve spent enough time waiting. This is your sign to start. You don’t have to have it all figured out, just don’t let another week go by standing still.
This Week’s Blog edition
A lot of people believe that change needs to happen overnight, and they get impatient or give up when it doesn’t happen. But here’s the thing: change is the result of small actions that compound over time. It’s not a one-time action or something that can happen just because we suddenly decide we’re going to start working on ourselves.
It takes time, effort, and patience. The results will take a while before they become visible to us. But that doesn’t mean they aren’t happening. Just like seeds planted underground, growth is often invisible at first, until one day, it all starts to show. That’s why building habits that make you just 1% better each day is so powerful. Over time, those tiny actions create real transformation.
In this edition of my blog, I’ll be sharing simple daily actions you can take to become 1% better every day.
If this resonated with you, hit reply and tell me what your top three goals you’re working towards are. I'm reading every response.
